Sa mga hindi po nakaabot sa kanilang schedule ng enrollment sa mga nagdaang araw, starting May 4 onward ay sisimulan po ulit namin ang ating enrollment para sa inyo.

STEP 1. GET THE ENROLLMENT FORM
Ano ang mga requirements
1. REPORT CARD (SF9/FORM 138)

STEP 2. FILLING OUT THE ENROLLMENT FORM
-make sure po na nasagutan ng tama at lahat ng dapat sagutan sa enrollment form.

STEP 5. SUBMISSION THE ACCOMPLISHED ENROLLMENT FORM WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS
-make sure na kumpletong maipasa ang lahat ng requirements at enrollment form.

STEP 6. DONE
- waiting nalang sa announcement ng posting ng section ng learner.

REMINDER:
1. Ang enrollment po namin ay Libre at walang bayad.
2. Mag Enroll lamang sa authorized personnel(Guidance personnel)
na naka assigned sa enrollment.
3. Mag dala ng sariling Black ballpen para sa pag sagot sa enrollment Form.
4. Mag baon ng mahabang pasensya at pang unawa sa araw ng enrollment.

🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Only

May 4 – Amaya Elementary School
May 5 – Florentino Joya Elementary School
May 6 – Sanja Mayor Elementary School
May 7 – Maximino V. Pangilinan Elementary School
May 11 – Sta. Cruz (Bucal Elementary School)
May 12 – Julugan Elementary School
May 13 – Felipe Calderon Elementary School
May 4-14 – Other Schools (Venue: Tanza National Comprehensive High School)

📌 Enrollment venues will be held at the scheduled elementary schools. Our team will visit your barangay through the nearest elementary school assigned to your schedule.

📄 Bring the Following Requirements:
• Report Card (Form 138 / SF9)
• PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy only)
• Barangay Certificate of Residency
• 1x1 Picture (2 pieces)
• Black Ballpen (for filling out the Enrollment Form)
