Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour (approximate, adjust as needed)

1 tbsp sugar

2 tsp instant dry yeast

1 tsp salt

1 cup warm milk

2 tbsp melted butter or oil

1 egg (optional, for richness)

For the dough:
2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
2 1/4 cups Bread flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vinegar (sec ret recipe for whiter dough)
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp lard
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp. dried instant or active yeast.
For instant yeast= no need to dissolve in lukewarm water. Just add directly to the flour mixture
For active dry yeast dissolved in lukewarm water

Filling:
1/2 kilo Chicken breast shredded
1 med. size onion sliced
1head garlic minced
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
2 heads star anise
3/4 cups of water
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce (optional) if i-business
1 tbsp oyster sauce

For business purposes:
Replace Hoisin sauce for this mixture:

1tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp bbq marinade sauce
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp brown
