Client: Arki, padesign naman ng bahay yung simple lang, bungalow lang pang resthouse namin.

Me: Ok sir,
–preparing schemes and plans for building permit and have it transmitted to owner after 2 weeks.
.. then after 3 1/2 months, boom!

Client: Sinend sa messenger yung photo ng bahay...

Me: Wow, ambilis naman sir, Congratulations!

-Availability of fund for continuous materials, skilled workers and construction management are the key factors for fast construction. Ofcourse, a good weather condition 🙂
