𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐃𝐞𝐜 𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 — 𝐁𝐮𝐤𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝟖 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 with 𝐀𝐫. 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐢𝐱𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 landed like a lighthouse: blunt, strategic, and exactly what we needed. Thank you, 𝐀𝐫. 𝐍𝐢𝐱𝐨𝐧, for guiding us through 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭, 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 that turn panic into poise.

We didn’t come to pile on facts. We came to𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. The first rule was clear: “𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒂𝒍. 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆.” The exam is like a deep dive — you need 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, you must watch your 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, and keep your 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬.

To do that, we learned to 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭. The 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 reminded us that 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝟖𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟐𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐬. Depth matters more than overload.

This shaped how we prepare for each part:
• 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏, 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟏: History, Theory, Professional Practice — understand 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬, not just dates.
• 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏, 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟐: Building Technology, Utilities, Structural Concepts — focus on 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬.

Each sketch became a tide map, each diagram a compass — turning raw ideas into solutions that reviewers can read, defend, and ultimately build.
