Pinangunahan ni Mayor Piwa Lim ang 1st Mental Health Committee Meeting sa Conference Room ng Tayabas New City Hall ngayong Lunes, May 11, 2026.

Pangunahing agenda sa pulong ang orientation on Ordinance 24-10, Status and Updates of Mental Health Program in Tayabas City, at ang mga Ways Forward for the Mental Health Program upang higit pang mapabuti at mapalawak ang mga serbisyong may kaugnayan sa mental health para sa mamamayan.

Tinalakay rin sa pulong ang kahalagahan ng sama-samang pagkilos ng iba’t ibang sektor upang matiyak ang maayos na implementasyon ng mga programa at polisiya na nakatuon sa pangangalaga sa kalusugang pangkaisipan ng bawat Tayabasin.

Dumalo sa naturang pulong sina Konsehal Jerry Talaga, Konsehal Luz Cuadra, Konsehal Elsa Rubio, Konsehal Ana Obispo, Konsehal Riza Llaneta, SK President Miguel Obdianela, City Health Officer Hernando Marquez, at mga miyembro ng SP Committee on Health na nagbigay ng kanilang suporta at mungkahi para sa patuloy na pagpapaunlad ng Mental Health Program ng lungsod.
