Last May 28, 2026, the PYAP Tiwi Chapter celebrated its anniversary with a meaningful and memorable event.

During the morning session, Ma’am Anita C. Rey, MSDWO, delivered an inspirational message that motivated and encouraged the youth. This was followed by a discussion on the EPAFLO Module led by former PYAP President, Ms. France Faye Clerigo. The participants were also honored to hear a message from the ever-supportive Municipal Mayor, Hon. Jose Morel Climaco.

In the afternoon session, the celebration became even more exciting as the games officially started. The youth enjoyed the activities and shared joyful moments together, making the event both fun and unforgettable.
Through shared experiences, new knowledge, and meaningful connections, we continue to build a generation of empowered, responsible, and community-driven youth.

LOOK: The Local Government Unit of Tiwi will be conferred with the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (SCFLG) after successfully passing the CY 2025 Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA), in recognition of its exemplary performance during Performance Year 2024.

This achievement reflects the Municipality’s unwavering commitment to promoting and protecting the rights and welfare of every child, ensuring their survival, development, protection, and meaningful participation in the community.

The LGU extends its gratitude to all stakeholders, partners, and the people of Tiwi whose collective efforts continue to make our municipality a safer, more inclusive, and child-friendly place for every child.
