A little excerpt from John Greenleaf Whittier's poem Don’t Quit.
🗒️Here's a reminder for everyone who is starting their week. Whether you're a student having your first day of the online class, a business owner striving to survive the current situation, or an employee going to work in these trying times.
🗒️With everything that's going on around us and all the negativity and the anxiety, doing and giving our 100% is still the best way to go. But what will happen if we start to feel the stress pile up? When the burnout start or when we're overwhelmed with everything that's happening?
📍Whenever we are in those situations, we must give ourselves the chance to rest, recover and reflect, find a time to relax and temporarily let go of all the things that are causing your stress so when you finally need to go back to work, you'll be able to go through everything with a better mindset and energy.
