Project SPLIT - DAR Cavite

𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 | May 19, 2026

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) Cavite convened its 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗧) Project Monthly Meeting on May 19, 2026, at the DARPO Cavite Conference Room in Trece Martires City, Cavite.

Spearheaded by Director III and concurrent PARPO II 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘂𝗿 𝗧. 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗰𝗼, the meeting brought together the PPMO and support staff to assess the current implementation status of Project SPLIT and discuss key operational updates, including accomplishment reports, CCIS updates, survey returns, budget, and financial status.

The activity also served as a strategic planning session for the upcoming month, focusing on the setting of targets, assignment of tasks, and identification of appropriate actions to address operational concerns and implementation challenges. An open forum was likewise conducted to encourage collaboration, strengthen coordination, and ensure alignment among project implementers.

Through continuous monitoring, planning, and teamwork, DARPO Cavite reaffirms its commitment to the effective implementation of Project SPLIT and the delivery of responsive and efficient services toward strengthening land tenure security for agrarian reform beneficiaries.
