Please be informed that there is an ongoing submarine cable repair in Singapore disabling portion of our internet traffic traversing ASE cable system. In effect, occasional slowdown may experience on selected Point of Interest as internet traffic that normally pass on these cables were rerouted to the next available transit facility. On the other note, PLDT Network team is continuosly monitoring the activity and taking the necessary adjustment from time to time to minimized the effect and maximize our resources. The correction is expected to complete by March 30, 2021. We'll keep you posted.
