Wellโ€ฆ they may have already seen it. The issue isnโ€™t always when you sent your messageโ€”it could be how you sent it.

As we welcome another school year, itโ€™s normal to have questions after class. Sometimes we remember something only after getting home, or we need clarification on an announcement or activity. Reaching out to our instructors is completely okayโ€”but doing it with proper etiquette makes a big difference.

A respectful, clear, and well-written message shows professionalism, consideration, and respect for your instructorโ€™s time. It also increases the chances of receiving a timely and helpful response.

Before hitting Send, take a moment to ask yourself:
โœ… Did I greet my instructor properly?
โœ… Did I introduce myself and my class?
โœ… Is my concern clear and concise?
โœ… Have I checked the syllabus, announcements, or Google Classroom first?
โœ… Did I end my message politely?

Letโ€™s make this school year more respectful, professional, and productiveโ€”for everyone. ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’ฌ
