Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management
✅ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience is an advantage
✅ At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing is preferred
✅ Knowledge in Philippine payroll laws, compliance, withholding tax, and BIR regulations
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll computation
✅ Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills
✅ Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data
✅ Good time management skills, especially during payroll deadlines
