Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Metro Manila(Caloocan, Quezon City, Valenzuela, Malabon, Navotas, Marikina, Pasig, Manila), Laguna(Siniloan, Famy, Santa Maria, Pangil, Pakil, Paete, Mabitac, Kalayaan), Nueva Ecija(General Tinio, Gapan, Gabaldon, Cabiao, San Antonio, San Isidro, Jaen, Penaranda, Zaragoza, San Leonardo, Santa Rosa, Palayan), Pampanga(Candaba, Arayat, San Luis, San Simon, Apalit, Masantol, Macabebe, Santa Ana, Minalin, Magalang) and Tarlac(Concepcion, La Paz) within the next 2 hours.

The above conditions are being experienced in Quezon(General Nakar, Panukulan, Polillo, Burdeos, Infanta), Bulacan(Dona Remedios Trinidad, Norzagaray, San Jose del Monte, San Ildefonso, San Rafael, Angat, Obando, Bulakan, Meycauayan) and Rizal(Rodriguez, San Mateo, Antipolo, Tanay) which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.
