QUALIFICATIONS:
-Preferably FEMALE
-Available to work at least 15-20-hours a week (PST)
-At least 1-2 years of appointment setting/cold calling experience in Insurance Industry (Life, Mortgage, Veterans, IUL, etc.)
-Exceptional Verbal communication skills and with NEUTRAL ACCENT
-Confident in delivery of scripts and rebuttals
-Must have skills in ownership of each call
-NO ATTENDANCE ISSUE

TECH REQUIREMENTS: ( A MUST)
-Laptop/desktop with at least 8gb RAM and i5 processor
-Stable internet connection of at least 25mbps
-Private and Quiet Work Environment
-Backup internet connection and power source
-USB headset with noise cancellation feature
