The Grade 11 students brought life, movement, and meaning to the stage during the Wellness Dance Performance in their Health Optimizing Physical Education (HOPE) subject! With every beat and every step, they showcased not only their talent and creativity but also their passion for fitness, teamwork, and overall well-being. The contest became more than just a dance competition — it was a celebration of dedication, perseverance, and the joy of living a healthy lifestyle. Through their energetic and expressive performances, the students reminded everyone that wellness is not just about the body, but also about the mind and spirit working together in harmony.
