Different kind of mixtures that can be done using Bentonite clay mask!!!

Acne (make your own mask)-
2 tbsp bentonite clay
3 drops tea tree oil
¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
Rosewater or distilled water (as needed)

Anti-Redness skin-
3 tbsp bentonite clay
5 drops lavender oil
1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp honey

Hydrating skin(mask)-
2 tbsp bentonite clay
Rosewater (as needed)
¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp jojoba seed oil
3 drops lavender oil
5 drops calendula infused oil

anti-aging-
¼ cup matcha
2 tbsp bentonite clay
1 tsp kaolin clay
⅓ tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp water

Rash and allergitic skin-
¼ cup warm water
¼ cup grapeseed oil or jojoba oil
5 drops tea tree oil
5 drops peppermint oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3-4 tbsp bentonite clay
5 drops calendula infused oil

Reminder:It is recommended to do a patch test first.before applying all the above mentioned clay mask mixture....to avoid any skin discomfort!

WHAT IS BENTONITE CLAY MASK?

Bentonite Clay is a natural substance composed of minerals that comes from volcanic ash that has been aged. The name Bentonite came from Fort Benton, Wyoming where a large Bentonite Clay mine is located.

Another common name of Bentonite Clay is Montmorillonite. Montmorillonite is the region in France where Bentonite Clay was first discovered.

Now, there are also Bentonite Clay mine in the Philippines, This locally mined Bentonite Clay is much cheaper than imported Bentonite Clay in the market but it gives the same effect and benefits to the skin.

HOW TO USE BENTONITE CLAY?

Mix equal amount Bentonite Clay powder and Apple Cider Vinegar or purified water using a non-metal bowl & spoon. Add more liquid if the mixture is too thick and more powder if it's too runny. Apply to face using hand or brush and let dry for 20-30 minutes for normal skin, 10-15 minutes for sensitive skin. Wash off with warm water and pat dry with soft towel. Use the clay once or twice a week.

You can also use lemon or calamansi and raw honey on your Bentonite Clay mask mixture. The appearance of the clay varies according to the contents of the mixture. Bentonite Clay mixed with ACV or water becomes olive green in color when applied. It easily dries up and the clay turns white in color. While the Bentonite Clay mixed with honey and lemon becomes light brown and it doesn't dries up when applied to face.

I have tried all the above mentioned mixture but my favorite is Bentonite Clay Powder + ACV + Water. I dilute half part ACV to 1 part water and mix it to Bentonite Clay Powder because my eyes and nose gets irritated with pure ACV.
