How it works?

The engines that are used in the vehicles today had been designed by the engine manufacturers and automotive engineers so that the exact amount of fuel and air that are supplied in the engine is supposed to be mixed and burned completely, leaving no residue as pollutants coming out of the exhaust manifold. Yet, a comparatively good engine produces a lot of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon black soot out of the exhaust muffler resulting into air pollution due to the unburden of fuel in the engine which results into high fuel consumption. To overcome the afore-mentioned problem, this utility model intends to provide a fuel saving system which will be used between the air filter and intake manifold of an internal combustion engine to save fuel consumption by providing a complete mixture of fuel - air ratio thus eliminating unburden fuel which produces air pollution.
