Males feature short yet powerful horns, built more for strength than length, while females are equally impressive with their solid black body coloration. Compared to other giants, this Megasoma vogti stands out with its small size, hairy body, and deep coloration making it one of the cutest among Megasoma species.
However, they have a very short lifespan and life cycle, with very few breeding reports, making them a challenging species to keep. Kawaii but challenging‼️
