* NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE & NO REFUND
Hindi maaring mag-palit o mag-bago ng order once na ito ay may invoice, packed or delivered na. Iayos at linawin agad ang order bago ito mai-process. Hindi din kami nagrerefund lalo na kung ang item ay tama at na deliver. Kung ito ay naging lost parcel via shopee kami ay walang refund process.
* NO REPLY MEANS CANCEL
Kapag hindi kayo nag reply saamin within 12 hours ang order ninyo ay automatic na cancel.
* NO COD NO FREE DELIVERY
Hindi kami tumatanggap ng COD ( cash on deliver ) kung ito ay shopee checkout or ship via other logistic delivery company. Maaring kami mismo ang magdeliver ng item ngunit ito ay may bayad o delivery fee. Kung hindi nais ng customer na magbayad ng DF ( delivery fee) maaring mag-pickup saaming address.

Kung ang item ay shipped via SHOPEE EXPRESS ito ay isang option lamang. PAALALA na ang SHOPEE EXPRESS ay risky at wala kaming pananagutan kung ang item ay nawala o damage.
