This activity aimed to assess the implementation and accomplishments of the Obligasyon sa Bayan, Ligtas na Pamayanan (OLP) program, ensuring compliance with established standards and enhancing the delivery of community-based fire safety services.

11 July 2026, Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐎 𝐁 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐔𝐙, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director of the Bureau of Fire Protection Region 4A, Victoria Fire Station personnel led by SFO4 Noriel B Alcasid, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted fire truck visibility and flood monitoring within AOR in response to the effect of Typhoon "INDAY".

This activity aims to ensure public safety, monitor flood-prone areas, enhance emergency response readiness, and provide immediate assistance to communities affected by the inclement weather brought about by Typhoon "INDAY."
