Drug Control Buner

Last week, Drug Control Inspectors Tariq Ali and Haroon Rashid conducted inspections of 24 various premises in Buner, including veterinary stores.
During the inspections, one veterinary store was charged for selling unregistered drugs and operating without a valid Drug Sale License. Additionally, a total of 44 medicine samples were collected and dispatched to the Drug Testing Laboratory for analysis.
Following the verification of all legal requirements, licenses for seven new medical stores were approved. All proprietors were strictly instructed to maintain accurate narcotics sale records, keep proper invoices and warranties, and avoid purchasing supplies from unauthorized distributors.
Furthermore, three medical stores were charged for various violations; their cases will be forwarded to the Provincial Quality Control Board (PQCB) in Peshawar pending further investigation.
