The Initiative (CSBCI) is a pilot project implemented by Aga Khan Foundation. It is supported by the IKI Small Grants program strengthening local solutions for effective climate and biodiversity action. IKI Small Grants is part of Germany’s International Climate Initiative (IKI). It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the Federal Foreign Office (AA) and the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) and carried out by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GIZ,German International Cooperation GmbH.

Green Diamond Private Limited and Get Green are excited to share another step forward in climate resilience — the Mobile Solar Pump is now ready for delivery to the community at Gahkuch Ghazir!

🔹 Background:
Under the Climate-Smart Business Challenge Initiative LLC, and with the valuable support of GIZ and AKF, Green Diamond developed the Mobile Solar Pump in response to the pressing irrigation challenges faced by remote communities. This innovative solution harnesses clean, renewable solar energy to power water pumps — reducing reliance on diesel and significantly improving agricultural productivity.
