This is extremely demeaning that all the organizations in Gilgit Baltistan are working and promoting different things like sports, entertainment etc but they are not giving attention To Psychological health awareness - which is really important, and badly needed at this point and even in the future. As, it will be one of the biggest problems in Pakistan.
When we lose a gem to su***de - like the one we lost yesterday - only then we realize what's happening around us and with our youth. Uploading status'es and showing our sympathies for them won't help anyone, we need to work on mental health awareness!
We all need to take a stand and encourage those close to us to seek professional and licensed help.....
