AKRSP is seeking a qualified and motivated Nutrition Officer to join its team at the Ghizer Area Office. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about improving community health and nutrition outcomes.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Food Technology, Public Health, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in nutrition screening, counselling, and programme implementation

This free training opportunity is designed to support young women and men in turning their business ideas into reality through hands-on learning, mentoring, and pitch presentations, with a chance to access seed funding.

AKRSP, under GAC-supported BEST4WEER project, conducted the START – اپنا کاروبار programme for aspiring young entrepreneurs from Nagar, Ghizer, Astore and Gilgit to promote youth entrepreneurship and self-employment.
The training was attended by 26 participants, including 14 girls and 12 boys, who developed, refined and presented their business ideas.

Through interactive sessions and presentations, the young entrepreneurs strengthened their confidence and practical skills to initiate and grow their ventures.

START – اپنا کاروبار aims to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset among young people in Gilgit-Baltistan through customised training, seed grants and advisory support under an extended outreach model.
