It is a moment of genuine pride for Gilgit-Baltistan that Mr. Izhar Ahmad, hailing from Kashrote, Paltani Muhallah, has completed his PhD in Geological Engineering from the Institute of Geology and Geophysics, University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing.
His achievement reflects not only his own determination and hard work but also brings honour to our entire region.
