Job Description
Loft 25 Group is looking for a highly-skilled, passionate, organised and experienced Ecommerce Marketing Director (Pakistan) to join our team in Gojra to head up our Ecommerce Operations.
As a leading manufacturer and D2C brand incubator with HQ in the UK and Netherlands, we are looking to establish our brand portfolio across the nascent Pakistan Ecommerce market rapidly. With eCommerce teams already established and operations launching, we are looking for an inspirational leader to take the marketing team to the next level.

About the Role
As the Ecommerce Marketing Director, you will be responsible for planning the marketing strategy for our multiple eCommerce brands in Gaming, Garden, Bean Bags and Footwear markets. Working directly with our UK based CEO and the Pakistan Ecommerce team to devise and execute the marketing plan.
You will be:
Researching the Pakistani consumer’s tastes and preferences
Writing the marketing strategy for each brand
Studying the competition in the market for ideas and learning
Designing the marketing campaigns for the team to execute across social channels
Monitoring the campaigns for results and adjustments
Planning creative requirements for the creative team to generate
Develop SEO strategies for each website
Implement CRO plans for each website
Produce the Ads strategy for Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
Monitor ad campaign performance
Writing content marketing plans for the content writing team
Managing the Ecommerce team to deliver agreed on targets
Meeting and collaborating with Agencies, Influencers and Service Providers
Always learning new strategies and completing courses at the leading edge of the market
Attending weekly video team meetings to keep track of objectives
Sending a daily email with tasks completed and any issues faced to the CEO

Practical Details
Full time – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Weekends Off
Start Date: Immediate Start

We are looking for the following in a candidate
Experience at Senior Ecommerce Marketing level (minimum 5 years)
A creative mind with the ability to strategise innovative marketing campaigns
Very good English writing skills
Advanced in marketing strategy knowledge with the full breadth of consumer marketing
A highly motivated A player in their field
Strong presentation skills to senior management
Excellent people skills to educate and motivate a large team
Ability to structure a team workload over the long term
Passion for excellence and a real drive to succeed
Reliable and trustworthy (references will be requested)

Desired attributes
Willing to relocate to Gojra (relocation package will be provided)
International experience will be an advantage

Pay Package
Salary: PKR 70,000 to 100,000.00 per month depending on experience
Accommodation and Meals for Out of City Candidates
Saturday and Sunday Off
Huge bonus package for achieving the company target by 2025 of 2 years salary!
