IRADO is committed to uplifting marginalized communities through sustainable income opportunities. Under our project "Empowering Flood-Affected Indigenous Communities: Socio-Economic Resilience in Umerkot, Sindh," we have launched vocational training programs to enhance economic independence and disaster resilience.

We recently completed a handicraft training program for rural women of Tehsil Pithoro. This initiative equips them with essential skills to create marketable handicrafts, fostering self-sufficiency and long-term resilience.
