🌙 Day 1 – Who Am I?
The beginning of coming home to yourself.
Sometimes I wonder…
who am I when I stop performing?
When I’m not the friend who listens,
the professional who achieves,
the son/daughter/wife/father/mother/husband who shows up with a smile.
When the noise fades and the masks rest —
what’s left underneath?
Maybe it’s just me.... quiet, unsure, soft, and real.
The one I keep meeting again and again after every ending.
This series isn’t about finding a new version of yourself.
It’s about remembering the one that’s always been there
the one who’s been whispering beneath all the “shoulds.”
So today, pause.
Take a slow breath.
Ask yourself softly,
“Who am I when I’m not trying to be anyone?”
