Job Description – HR Officer

Location: Onsite (I-8 Markaz, Islamabad)

About the Role:
Remote Solutions is hiring an HR Officer for our client, a dynamic coworking space in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive professional who can manage HR operations, handle employee matters with ownership, and foster a productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage salary and payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee and support lower staff members (e.g., office assistants, janitorial staff) ensuring smooth operations.
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, demonstrating fairness and professionalism.
Lead screening, shortlisting, and interviewing of candidates with keen observation and judgment.
Ensure compliance with workplace policies and HR procedures.
Maintain a welcoming and collaborative environment within the coworking space.
Prepare reports, maintain employee records, and support day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Confident and solid personality with strong ownership qualities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good observation skills to assess candidates during recruitment.
