Responsibilities:
Answer customer phone calls/ emails and respond to requests.
Run quotes online and prepare Excel sheets.
Be proficient in insurance platforms/ Systems.
Enrolling new groups/ new candidates into portals and carriers directly.
Act as an Insurance agent's assistant.
Resolving claim issues .
Package:
Basic + Incentive 100,000/ month
