Dr. Masoom yasinzai is a renowned international scientist who has also served as Vice Chancellor Baluchistan University and VC Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. He had his primary education from Kuchlak, a suburb of Quetta and his research and academic activities date back to 1980 when he started teaching at the University of Baluchistan. He is also known for his administrative and academic contributions in many universities while he has played vital role in launching civil engineering program and Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Basic Sciences at IIUI with his personal efforts. In recognition of his services in science and technology, he was awarded Sitara-i-Imtiaz, while he was also awarded Aizaz e Fazeelat by President of Pakistan.

In addition to it Dr. Yasinzai sahab always stand tall against all irregularities and corruption done by administration and their pressure group (you know what i mean). Its Dr. sahab as a result of which every student feel university as their second home. Before that Uni was in control of black sheeps and the students were in very hectic environment facing discrimination from administration as a legal students were unable to acquire their legal hostel seat and on the other side a special seats were allotted to those students who had an affiliation with that pressure group. I am the personal victim in this regard.

Inshort yasinzai sahab is a barrier for that mafia and that's the reason they demanded to terminate him from their post. I will always stand tall against bigotry and yasinzai sahab was/is/will be my Rector inshallah.
