According to Sec 6 of the Income tax ordinance 2001, FBR has authorized Banks and Courier companies to deduct withholding tax from online sellers / e-commerce business owners.

1% tax will be charged on payments through banks.

2% tax will be charged through courier companies on cash on delivery payments.
