Saad In The Kitchen

Just a quick shoutout to my wonderful customers at Saad In The Kitchen. You all know I’m a very small business delivering a fixed number of orders just once a week due to other commitments (i.e. my real job), which means the pressure to honour preorders on Fridays, come sunshine or rain (literally), is ON! I was quite nervous about delivering dinner to 10 families on time yesterday because of Karachi’s dodgy weather forecast, but thoughtful messages from several of my customers through the day assuring me that they’d understand if there were delays and even suggesting I deliver on another day because they didn’t want me to take the risk or put the delivery guys in danger was all really quite heartwarming.
I was eventually able to make all the deliveries in the small dry window before it started pouring again, and I've already received some great feedback from several of the families about the food which is what makes it all worthwhile in the end! So once again, a big Thank You for not just being amazing customers and a part of my lasagne family, but also for being such nice souls in general - the world can sure use more people like you!
