One in eight men (12.5%) are diagnosed with a common mental illness, such as anxiety, depression, panic disorder or obsessive compulsive disorder.
We at Talk To Help decided to interview three volunteers to hear what they have to say about men's mental health in Pakistan and to give all men a safe space to discuss their issues in order to minimize the stigma.
