Asalamualaikum,

There's a quiet strength that comes with Jumuʿah, not in what we accomplish, but in remembering who holds it all together.

Some days we feel in control. Other days, we're reminded we never were.

And that's exactly where this duʿā meets us, in the surrender, in the trust, in knowing that Al-Wakīl is enough.

حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
Ḥasbunā Llāhu wa niʿma l-wakīl

“Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs."
(Surah Āl ʿImrān, 3:173)

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Studio 28 for the wonderful opportunity to lead a cooking class in such a beautiful and inspiring space, on Saturday 27th, Sep. 2025.
