Job Description:
Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users
Hardware and Software upgrades
General Desktop Support
Work with other support groups and vendors to provide seamless support to customers
Monitor, analyze and address reliability and performance issues.
Competencies (Know-how, Skills & attributes requirements)

Requirements:
Operating System Installation.
Hardware/Software Installation and Troubleshooting,
Network Concepts.
Windows Domain Knowledge.
Working knowledge of remote access, Remote Desktop, Remote Assistance.

Skills Required:
General Desktop Software
Network Monitoring Tools
Microsoft OS, MS office applications, network configuration, and OS management.
Remote Management Tools
