Location: Karachi
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 𝟒
Qualification: B.Com
Experience: 2–3 years (minimum 1 year in relevant role)
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 90,000
ERP: SAP preferred
Working Days: Monday – Friday

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
✔ Manage and process vendor payments including HO, Advances, and urgent management payments
✔ Prepare tax challans related to payments and support marketing teams with tax calculations
✔ Monitor and reconcile vendor advances and maintain advance tax reports
✔ Process petty cash reimbursements and conduct periodic cash counts
✔ Perform bank reconciliations, record bank charges & profits, manage unpresented cheques, and bank advices
✔ Maintain accurate financial records and generate required reports

✔ Vendor invoice verification & 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice)
✔ Payment processing & scheduling (cheques / online transfers)
✔ Vendor ledger reconciliation
✔ Expense booking & cost allocation accuracy
✔ Withholding tax / sales tax calculations & compliance
✔ Handling vendor queries & discrepancy resolution
✔ Month-end closing & accrual entries
✔ ERP proficiency (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics or similar)
✔ Strong attention to detail & deadline management
