Light Energy Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Site Supervisor to manage and supervise solar installation projects at site level.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site solar system installations (On-Grid / Off-Grid / Hybrid)
Ensure work is completed according to technical drawings & safety standards
Coordinate with technicians, electricians & vendors
Monitor project timelines, material usage & quality control
Site reporting and client coordination

Requirements:
Diploma / DAE / Bachelor’s in Electrical or related field
2–5 years of experience in solar installations
Strong knowledge of inverters, panels, earthing & wiring
Ability to manage site teams independently
