Muhammad Usman is a seasoned professional and industry leader in vertical transportation, with over 25 years of hands-on experience across sales, operations, and management in the elevator and escalator sector. As the CEO and Founder of Dynamic Elevator Services Pakistan (DELSP) since 2015, he has played a pivotal role in positioning the company as a trusted name in elevator installation, maintenance, and modernization services across Pakistan.

His career launched in the fast-paced world of elevators at TMC, where he mastered the art of client service and the adrenaline of flawless project ex*****on. Fueled by ambition and an insatiable drive for growth, he took on the global stage with KONE Kuwait. For nearly a decade, he lived and breathed international business, absorbing deep strategic insights into cutting-edge elevator systems and world-class industry standards. Every challenge honed his expertise; every triumph ignited his relentless pursuit of excellence.
