Sports Week Highlights: Energy, Unity & Team Spirit 🏅

Our Inter-Departmental Sports Week was a vibrant celebration of healthy competition, teamwork, and workplace camaraderie—with our incredible women leading the charge! From exciting cricket matches to engaging badminton games, fun ludo challenges, and the ever-energetic tug of war, every activity showcased energy, enthusiasm, and unstoppable spirit.

With eight teams in action, the grounds were buzzing all week players giving their best on the field and colleagues cheering from the sidelines. This week wasn’t just about winning; it was about participation, connection, and celebrating everyone’s effort.

From friendly ludo rivalries to playful debates over badminton rules, every participant embraced the spirit of the day with positivity, fun, and teamwork.

A huge shout-out to the organizing team! Under the guidance of HR Head, Ms. Naheed Yousaf, and with the dedicated efforts of Omama Aakash (Audit Trainee), Areeba Butt (HR), and Fayyaz Ahmed (HR), the week ran seamlessly—proving what collaboration and commitment can achieve.

The Sports Week beautifully reflected our values—teamwork, positivity, and unity beyond roles and departments, with our women leading, inspiring, and making every moment count.

An Inspiring Afternoon at HCC Technology Foundation

We had the pleasure of welcoming Joshua Brown, author of Capitalizing on College, for an engaging and insightful session with our talented young women at HCC Technology Foundation.

Josh shared his personal journey, professional experiences, and valuable lessons—offering honest insights into persistence, navigating challenges, and steadily working toward one’s vision. The session sparked meaningful conversations and encouraged our trainees to reflect on their own goals in an evolving job market shaped by technology, AI, and global change.

During the session, Joshua emphasized the idea of “inching” toward one’s vision, pushing back against imposter syndrome, and staying persistent even when the path feels uncertain. Through honest storytelling, shared experiences, and thoughtful dialogue, this exchange became a powerful reminder of the strength and promise this generation holds.
