Advancing Quality Alternative Learning Project

A meaningful session hosted by Muslim Hands International brought together key partners including DG-NCHD, DG-PIE, community members, and the AQAL Project team, with participation from JICA HQ team.

The discussion highlighted how community-led collaboration is effectively identifying and enrolling out-of-school children into both formal and non-formal education pathways.

JICA-AQAL Programme has signed a Letter of Understanding (LOU) with -Pakistan to strengthen collaboration for Accelerated Learning Programs (ALP).

Through this partnership, both teams will work together to expand access to quality Non-Formal Education (NFE) for out-of-school children. By leveraging JICA-AQAL’s proven curriculum, teacher training, and monitoring systems, the initiative aims to create real pathways back to learning.
