📍 Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
🕘 Shift: Full-time (9 hours)
• Afternoon: 12:00 / 1:00 PM onwards
• Night: 7:00 / 8:00 PM onwards

About Us
PlanLab Solutions provides structured customer support services to international clients. We’re hiring Customer Support Agents for afternoon and night shifts.
✔️ Support-only role — no sales, no cold calling, no commissions

Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via CRM/ticketing systems
• Communicate professionally via chat, email, and calls
• Resolve issues, follow workflows, and escalate when needed
• Manage tickets, follow-ups, and documentation

Requirements
• Fluent English (spoken & written) — mandatory
• Experience with CRM/helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving & customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
