• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)

• 15+ years of professional experience, including leadership or project management roles

• Strong experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex projects

• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, design processes, and project delivery

We’re looking for a Design Manager – Mechanical (Buildings) to lead mechanical design delivery across ongoing and upcoming projects.

This role is for someone who can manage HVAC and building services design end-to-end, overseeing technical outputs, guiding teams, and ensuring coordination with architecture, structure, and other MEP disciplines.
