As Pakistani businesses seek growth, new capabilities, and access to international markets, joint ventures are emerging as an important route to expansion, particularly with Chinese companies.

Rausing Executive Development Centre is pleased to announce a new programme on “Winning with Joint Ventures in China: From Inception to Scaled Performance” to help senior leaders understand how to build and scale successful joint ventures in China.

Through faculty insight, case discussions, and practitioner perspectives, participants will develop a practical understanding of the full JV journey, from strategic rationale and partner choice to deal structuring, governance, coordination, and long-term growth. The programme will equip leaders to approach cross-border partnerships with greater clarity, stronger judgment, and a more integrated view of ex*****on.

The Legal Compliance and Secretarial Practices programme concluded at the Rausing Executive Development Centre, bringing together professionals to deepen their understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and boardroom practices.

Led by our expert faculty, Mr. Khalid Mirza, Dr. Bushra Naqvi, Mr. Samir Ahmed, Dr. Sheharyar Sikander Hamid, and Ms. nausheen ahmad, the programme provided participants with a comprehensive perspective on governance, compliance, and legal responsibilities in contemporary organisations.

Through case-based discussions, practical exercises, and interactive sessions, participants explored key areas such as corporate governance codes, company law, compliance reporting, and board meeting dynamics — equipping them to navigate regulatory requirements with greater confidence and effectiveness.

At REDC, executive education bridges theory and practice, enabling professionals to lead with accountability, integrity, and informed judgment.

The Effective Reward Management programme concluded at the Rausing Executive Development Centre, bringing together HR leaders and professionals for an immersive exploration of how organisations can design reward systems that drive performance, motivation, and long-term impact.

The programme was led by our expert faculty, Dr. Jawad Syed, and Dr. Muhammad AbdurRahman Malik, who guided participants through key dimensions of reward strategy, from pay-for-performance and incentive design to aligning compensation with organisational goals and evolving workforce expectations .

The learning experience was further enriched by guest speaker, Mr. Wasif Waseem Ashraf, Founder & CEO of 360 Degree Corporation (Pvt.) Limited, who shared practical insights on implementing reward systems in dynamic organisational contexts .

A distinguished panel of industry leaders brought real-world perspectives to the discussion on contemporary reward practices in Pakistan:
