this triple chocolate cookie has

not bad for a wholesome evening snack

ingredients
peanut butter 1 tbsp
protein powder 1 scoop
(i used muscle tech chocolate flavor)
coco power 1 tsp
yogurt 2 tbsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
stevia to taste
vanilla
salt a pinch

mix, pour on a wax papper, add dark chocolate (i use 1/3 bar of Moser Roth 85% dark) and bake it in air fryer for 10 minuts at 170°C.
