We will be examining the judgment reported as PLD 2024 SC 838 titled Muhammad Safeer and others Versus Muhammad Azam and others.

So does "Falsus in Uno, Falsus in Omnibus" have any applicability on the Civil Side. This SC judgment seems to suggest that the whole weight of evidence will be examined.
