To get a page pulled, you have to reach the company that runs the network it sits on, and their real abuse contact is hard to find. It is buried in registry records, it is different for every network, and the obvious address is often out of date or read by no one. So honest reports quietly go nowhere while the fake page keeps running.

The Abuse Contact API gives you the right contact for any IP. For an address, it returns the network's current abuse contact: the name, the abuse email, and the phone number. With that, you can send takedowns straight to the host that can pull the page, send spam and abuse reports to the real operator, add the contact to every alert your team gets, and report a full list of bad IPs at once.
