As a Network Administrator at Smartrix Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our computer network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass network maintenance, troubleshooting, security management, and technical support. Additionally, your expertise in CCTV camera systems, computer hardware, and software will be instrumental in maintaining our IT environment. Your role will also involve documenting network configurations and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Administration:

Configure, monitor, and maintain the company's computer network infrastructure.
Ensure network reliability, availability, and performance.
Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Identify and mitigate network security threats.
Technical Support:

Provide technical support to employees for network-related issues.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
CCTV Camera Systems:

Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems to ensure security and surveillance.
Collaborate with security teams to enhance video surveillance capabilities.
Proxy Server and DNS Server:

Administer and optimize proxy server and DNS server configurations.
Ensure efficient and secure internet access for employees.
Attendance Machine:

Manage attendance machines and systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Troubleshoot and resolve attendance-related issues.
Documentation:

Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, hardware, and software.
Create and update network diagrams and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge and experience in network administration and system administration.
Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and implementing security measures.
Technical expertise in CCTV camera systems and computer hardware.
Familiarity with Proxy Servers, DNS Servers, and Attendance Machines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or MCSE are a plus.
