A 5 years old female child presented to us in emergency department at mayo hospital lahore with history of fall from roof.Her GCS was 9/15 and Right sided pupil was dilated.Her CT brain Showed Right parietal bone fracture with underlying Extradural hematoma with midline shift.We immediately done burr hole evacuation of hematoma within half an hour of presentation.After that her GCS improved upto 12/15 after that we have done Craniotomy and evacuation of hematoma done.Now patient is fine and GCS 15/15 Alhmdulillah ❣️
