His required expertise should be in the field of,
1. Contract Management
2. Sales & Marketing
3. EPC (Electrical) Projects based financial matters
4. Legal Affairs related to Project Management

The required key deliverables will be
1. Ongoing projects contracts review
2. Project’s Customers interaction and intimation w.r.t. contracts delays and non-compliance
3. Financial Risk Assessment and Associated Cost Impacts Reports Preparation
4. Financial Claims Submission
5. Handling all Legal Affairs of which Government or any other Government entities are parties

The required services would be either time based or Task based or Project based
