Through his sincerity, strong work ethic, and positive attitude, he has earned the respect and appreciation of colleagues, partners, and community members alike.

Currently serving as Senior Community Engagement Officer, Mr. Mukhtiar Hussain continues to play a vital role in advancing Saibaan's mission of empowering communities and promoting sustainable development.

Mr. Tariq Aziz Khan joined Saibaan as a volunteer during the October 2005 earthquake response. Since then, he has remained an integral part of the organization, contributing with dedication and consistency in various capacities, including his role as Community Development Officer.
Currently, he is serving in the Monitoring and Evaluation Section, where he continues to apply his experience and commitment to strengthening program quality and impact.
